SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A SYSTEM FOR THE REMOTE CONTROL – REMOTE MANAGEMENT AND LEAKAGE DETECTION OF METERING DEVICES OF THE WATER SUPPLY NETWORKS OF THE D.E.U.A. THASOY

The aim of the system is the continuous monitoring and supervision of important parameters of the water supply system operation (flow, pressure, consumption, energy
management…. etc.), the collection and storage of the relevant data and the execution of operations to control the active elements of the water supply system.
The scope of the Contract includes the following works:

⮞ Detailed Design of the offered integrated system. Supply and installation – configuration of the electronic hardware of the Central
Control Station (CCS) (Server, Client, projection screens, etc.) and application software. Supply and installation of 6237 Local Consumption Control Stations (LCCS), as well as the required equipment.
⮞ Supply and installation of all software required for the operation of the System.
⮞ Supply and installation of all communications equipment, for the uninterrupted operation of the System, as well as the submission of applications for the granting of approvals by the competent
Services of the communications systems or any other Services or Entities are required.
⮞ Supply and installation of all instruments mentioned in the study (Wireless sensor for recording and sending data of consumption meters TSEK,

hydraulic equipment, KSE equipment … etc.).
⮞ Factory acceptance tests and on-site acceptance tests (field tests).

⮞ Tests of completion of works and delivery of the System.
⮞ Delivery of drawings, manuals operating and maintenance manuals and maintenance (documentation).⮞ Training of the Agency’s staff in the operations, support and maintenance of the System.
⮞ Operation and support of the system during trial operation.
⮞ Free warranty / maintenance of good quality operation for the period after the Final Quantitative and Qualitative Acceptance of the (System), which is stated in the Technical Offer and evaluated,
