SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A SYSTEM FOR REMOTE CONTROL-CONTROL AND LEAKAGE DETECTION OF METERING DEVICES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARONIKOS WATER SUPPLY NETWORKS
DESCRIPTION
The aim of the system is the continuous monitoring and supervision of important parameters of the water supply system operation (flow, pressure, consumption, energy management, etc.), the collection and storage of relevant data and the execution of operations to control the active elements of the water supply system.
The scope of the Contract includes the following works:
- Detailed Design of the offered integrated system.
- Supply and installation of the electronic hardware (Server, Client, printers, projection screen, etc.) of the Central Control Station (CCS) as mentioned in the tender documents.
- Supply and installation of the 6 Internal Network Stations, in Saronikos.
- Supply and installation of 35 Local Tank – Pump Stations in the Municipality of Saronikos.
- Supply and installation of 6,150 Consumption Control Stations (CCS) in the Municipality of Saronikos.
- Supply and installation of all software required for the operation of the System.
- Supply and installation of all communications equipment including any transponders required for the uninterrupted and uninterrupted operation of the System, as well as the submission of applications for the granting of authorizations by the competent Services of the communication systems or any other Services or Entities required.
- Supply and installation of such instruments as devices – components mentioned in the study (level, flow, pressure, etc.)
- Factory acceptance tests and tests acceptance tests on site (field tests).
- Completion tests of the works and delivery of the system.
- Delivery of drawings, operating manuals (documentation).
- Operation and support of the system during trial operation.
- Free warranty/maintenance of good operation for the period after the Final Quantitative and Qualitative Acceptance of the supply (System), which is stated in the Technical Offer and evaluated.
