PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The procurement included the design, construction, factory functionality tests, third-party inspections, delivery to the installation site, unloading and storage at the site, transportation and lifting, construction, inspection, supply, and commissioning of all the equipment. Specifically, the system includes:
- Procurement and installation of seven (7) Local Water Supply Stations (LWS) at key points of the distribution network in the water supply zones of Agia Marina. These stations are for the remote control of the booster pump stations, remote control of three valves at key points of the internal water network zones related to the operation of the pumping stations, as well as the necessary equipment for these stations.
- Procurement and installation of three (3) Local Water Supply Stations (LWS) at key points of the distribution network at the connections of the water supply zones of Agia Marina, along with the necessary equipment for these stations where the network pressure (PRV) is automatically regulated, and flow rates and pressure are measured at these key points of the internal water network zones.
- Procurement and installation of four (4) Local Data Collection Stations (LDCS) at key points of the distribution network in the water supply zones of Agia Marina, along with the necessary equipment for these stations where flow rates and pressure are measured and they participate in the automatic adjustment of the seasonal operation of the entire network.
- Procurement and installation of four (4) portable flow and pressure meters (ultrasonic) at key points of the water supply zone inlets of the internal water network downstream of the network's supply inlets, with the ability to be relocated to different manholes in the network, along with the necessary equipment for these meters.
- The development and implementation of an appropriate hydraulic strategic simulation model, with detailed mathematical solutions for new supply zones and leak control, aimed at improving the water supply to the Municipal District of Agia Marina with a more rational water supply system. Additionally, it includes:
- a. The integration with the LWS (Local Water Supply Stations) or LDCS (Local Data Collection Stations), where flow rates and pressure are measured at key points of the inlets of the internal water networks.
- b. The integration with the spatial mapping system of the internal water network maintained by the Service.
- c. The integration with the Information System for recording and billing of consumers maintained by the Service.
- Procurement and installation of the electronic equipment (server, client, printers, communication manager, etc.) for the Central Control Station (CCS).
- Procurement and installation of the central SCADA (Remote Control – Remote Operation) software system for the Local Control Stations, water supply stations for the entire Municipality, and the LWS (Local Water Supply Stations) of the internal network.
- Procurement and installation of the energy management software required for the operation of the system.
- Procurement and installation of all communication equipment, including any necessary repeaters, to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the system, as well as the submission of applications (wherever required) for obtaining approvals from the relevant authorities for the communication systems or any other required services or entities.
- Procurement and installation of the instruments mentioned in the study (flow, pressure, etc.).
- Arrangement of the manholes required for the installation of the telemetry data collection stations.
